Returns

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team at hello@geastores.com for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Please note, that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact our support team at hello@gaeastores.com and we'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact the support team at hello@gaeastores.com to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

 

In case the item looks different from the online listing

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, in case this happens.

It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team at hello@gaeastores.com for review, along with your order ID.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
